The word "chauffeur" got watered down somewhere between 1985 and Uber Black. We hire and train differently. Every NTX driver is full-time, salaried with benefits, and held to a standard the rideshare apps don't even pretend to enforce.
FBI fingerprint check, MVR pull every 90 days, clean record minimum 5 years. Drug-tested at hire and quarterly. We pay for it; they sign off on it.
Every driver completes a 40-hour orientation: defensive driving, route knowledge, etiquette, vehicle handling for our specific fleet. Refresher every six months.
Our drivers don't depend on tips to make rent — which means they don't pressure you, hover for a rating, or rush the route. Tip if you'd like; many of our members don't, and that's fine.
No conversation unless you start it. No phone usage in the vehicle. No social media posts about clients, ever. Confidentiality clauses are part of the employment agreement.
Black suit or chauffeur uniform depending on the booking. Apex tier vehicles always get the formal uniform. We can also dress down to business casual if you specifically request it.
$1.5M commercial auto policy on every vehicle, every trip. Your personal policy is never invoked. If anything happens, we own the response.

For same-day requests, please call. We can usually have a driver and vehicle to you within 90 minutes anywhere in DFW, but the calendar fills up earlier than you'd think on Fridays and weekends.
