Every booking carries a $1M commercial policy through our broker. Your personal auto policy is never the first line of defense. Damage deductibles are documented and signed before keys are handed over.

From application to first deposit.

Most owners are paid their first month's revenue within 45 days of approval. The longest part of the process is usually waiting for your insurance carrier to acknowledge our commercial policy.

Bring the vehicle to Haltom City for a one-hour pre-list inspection. Photo documentation, condition baseline, and final rate setting.

Bookings begin. Earnings accrue daily. First deposit hits your account on the 1st of the following month.

The real questions owners ask.

You will not be the first owner to ask any of these. We've answered them honestly because we'd rather you walk away now than be unhappy in six months.

What happens if my car is damaged?
Every booking carries a documented pre-rental and post-rental inspection. Damage above normal wear is covered first by the renter's deposit, then by our commercial policy. You receive a damage report within 24 hours and the vehicle is repaired at NTX Auto Service before re-listing. Your earnings are not pro-rated for repair days — we cover that.
Will my personal insurance be affected?
No. Our commercial rental policy is the primary and only coverage during bookings. Your personal policy is never invoked. We provide a written declaration page you can submit to your carrier confirming this. Some carriers may require notification that your vehicle is enrolled in a commercial program — we provide a template.
Can I still drive my own car?
Of course. Set blackout days from your owner dashboard — by date range, weekday, holiday, whatever you need. The car is parked at Haltom City when not in use; pickup is available 24/7 with 30-minute notice for stewardship members. Many owners blackout weekends and let the car earn Monday–Thursday.
What about mileage?
Apex tier vehicles include 75 miles/day. Marque includes 150. Grand Tour includes 200. Overage charged at $5/mile (Apex) or $2/mile (Grand Tour) — passed back to the owner. Long-term bookings (5+ days) include unlimited mileage. Your dashboard shows total mileage, by-trip mileage, and projected wear.
What if I want to sell the car?
First right of refusal goes to NTX through our LXM Auto channel — typically at or above market trade-in value. If we pass, you can pull the listing with 14 days notice and sell privately. We'll provide all service records, mileage logs, and condition reports to support the sale.
How do I get paid?
Direct deposit on the 1st of each month for the previous month's bookings, less the 35% NTX share. 1099-NEC issued annually for tax filing. Most stewardship owners structure the vehicle through an LLC for tax benefits — we can refer you to our CPA partner if you'd like guidance.
What's the commitment period?
Six months minimum, 30-day notice to pull the vehicle after that. We invest real money up front in inspection, photography, telematics, and listing — six months gives both sides a fair window to evaluate. After that, you're free.

Tell us about your car.

If your vehicle is approved for stewardship, we schedule a one-hour inspection at our Haltom City facility, sign the stewardship agreement, and your listing goes live within 5 business days.

We accept vehicles model year 2018 or newer in any condition between excellent and showroom. Older vehicles considered case-by-case for collector-grade pieces.
